Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
There is no contract and you can certainly cancel any time or simply go pay as you go.
Have you got storage fees?
We offer 60 days free storage depending on how fast the stock moves. After that we charge £20 per cubic meter. If you are sending pallets or containers please contact our customer service.
What is your turn around time?
Our goal is to get your stock to Amazon as fast you do. We aim to do so within 24 to 48 working hours from receipt to get your parcel to UPS or your favourite courier.
Do I need to send a minimum number of products?
We do not require any minimum amount of stock, you can send what you want and when you want
What are your working hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Do you accept deliveries during the weekend?
If your parcel is delivered during the weekend, don't worry! The courier will either call us and leave it to one of our neighbours or redeliver the following working day.
Do you help eBay or TikTok Sellers or Amazon FBM?
